PAYMENTS

• Payments are due upon delivery.
• Make checks or money orders payable to RGB Disposal.
• Dumpster(s) will not be removed unless full payment is received prior to the time of pickup.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• There is a $25 charge for returned checks.
• If the dumpster is loaded heavier than the original tonnage paid, the customer is responsible to pay for the additional tonnage at the current dumping rate.
• Anything blocking the dumpster from being picked up at the scheduled time will result in an additional trucking charge for each additional attempt to pick up the dumpster.
• Dumpsters that are not picked up due to payment not being received will also result in an additional trucking charge.
• Customers are limited to holding the dumpster for 7 to 10 days. Any longer may result in an additional rental charge.

DROPPING, LOADING AND PICKUP

• RGB Disposal is not responsible for any damages done to lawn, driveway, curbing, fencing, septic systems, etc. due to where boxes are placed.
• Customer must not load the dumpster more than 6″ from the top rim and is responsible for any fines or summons given to the company due to overloaded or overweight dumpsters. The driver also has the right to unload any debris above the top rim that he feels is unsafe or illegal to drive with.
• If the customer needs the dumpster for a longer time, they must notify the office at least 2 days prior to the scheduled pickup date. Additional rental charges could apply to a longer rental.
• The customer may have the dumpster picked up at an earlier date than originally scheduled at no additional charge, provided we have availability. The customer must call the office to confirm scheduling.
