Terms and Conditions
- Recycling is MANDATORY – it’s a state law – we will not pick up if recyclables are included in trash.
- You must have your trash out by 5 AM. We recommend that you put it out the night before. Our pickup times vary, so it is important to have your trash out early enough.
- Extra pickups must be called into our office one day in advance. There could be an additional charge depending on what you are disposing of.
- If your pickup date falls on a holiday, you will lose that day. You will be allowed to put out double your limit on your next pickup day. There will be no pickups on the following days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
- Snow days: All customers who have yard service must have a cleared path to your cans or your trash will not be picked up. With curb service, cans or bags must be placed outside snowbanks on the street.
- All accounts that are 30 days past the bill date can be subject to a $10.00 late fee.
- There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.
