Which Size is Right For My Needs?
Only you know how much debris you have to dispose of so we cannot tell you what size to rent, but here are some dimensions of each of the sizes to assist you in your decision.
10 Yard Dumpsters
Our 10 yard containers are the smallest available to you. They are delivered to the site on a Hook Lift type truck (similar in size to a box van), and can fit into tighter locations than the larger “roll off” containers.
For a size comparison, these boxes are roughly the size of a mid-sized car. These containers are great for, but not limited to cleanups, light construction and remodeling. The low sides make it easy to load along with a door in the back that swings open for ease of loading heavier objects.

10 yd – 12 ft Long – 7 ft Wide – 3 1/2 ft Tall
15 Yard Dumpsters
The 15 yarders have the same outside dimensions as the 10 yards do, but are slightly taller. You can use this size for the same uses as the 10’s, but where you would require just a little more space.

20 Yard Dumpsters
The 20 yarders also have low sides make it easy to load along with a door in the back that swings open for ease of loading heavier objects.

WHAT TO KNOW WHEN ORDERING AND LOADING YOUR DUMPSTER
If you have any concrete or masonry material to dispose of:
- You should order a separate container specifically for concrete.
- Concrete & masonry material can only be loaded into our 12 or 20 yard containers.
- Concrete cannot be mixed into any container with other debris.
- If you are ordering a container specifically for concrete, then no other debris can be mixed with the concrete.
- If ordering a 20 yard for concrete, be sure to only load the container no more than 2/3 to the top of the sides. (Any more and it will be too heavy for the truck to pick up, resulting in an additional charge for a second attempt to pick up)

Items that need specific attention before disposal:
- Lawnmowers and small engines- All fluids must be drained and disposed of properly before placing the mower in the container.
- Paint cans – Empty the cans first.
- Yard debris – Large quantities of tree stumps or brush material should be placed in a separate container and will be sent for recycling.
- Large quantities of Heavy material – Remember that all general debris containers are based on a predetermined weight. Excessive amounts of heavy material can cause the dumpster to go over that weight and result in an additional charge to you the customer.
